The thing that surprised me the most today was the amount of problems that everyone was having with the macs in the room.

Doing theory on psychoanalysis, the abject, that I missed yesterday from Lindsay, and then my own theory on horror films for my film studies essays.

Mark helped as much as could throughout the day, and did help me with understanding something about 'abject'.

- being a part with the trent nd dve project - i was filming withe xdcam which led me to feel proffesional by using these big new cams -trying to settle with the viral video

At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening? when we sitting exhuasted or patientlt waiting for more ppl to come and do the interview - also waiting for transport - waiting for the files to be tranffered through of the viral video footages - there were no macs for me to do my work for an hour or so

1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?
I was engaged in my work trying to convert peoples files to mov files as some were not done and organizing my bins on Final Cut. Got loads to do, Im so busy I need a P.A.
I enjoyed the cartoon chat and laugh as I had lost the will to live and It was nice to know that these cartoons do exist (Wheel Warriors!) and i`m not having an Inception moment :) it bought back a few memories looking at them.. Ive learnt today that Lindsay is fond of Dalmatians!
2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?
When I ran out of space on my Mac. I had 5 peoples viral footage on it. I even deleted an additional project to make space which I regret doing now as i`ll have to capture again which will take an hour.I`m starting to feel the pressure now and urgency.
3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?
Mark did his best to revive my Mac and explained how to use different timeline sequences for different footage. Even though a big hammer may of done the job today. :)

Its no ones fault- but the Macs need to be sorted as I don`t want to fall behind and I want to produce good work and make good decisions when it comes to editing. I enjoy the external projects and I gain so much. Its a pity to have problems in edit :(

Its no ones fault- but the Macs need to be sorted as I don`t want to fall behind and I want to produce good work and make good decisions when it comes to editing. I enjoy the external projects and I gain so much. Its a pity to have problems in edit :(
