  1. 1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?
When I was editing Heritage I felt apart of a team and that my editing is good.

    2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?

when I finished editing as was unsure what else was needed to be done. Also there was a mix up with the drives so the drive I needed to edit on was being used, things are all over the place and no one knows where certain things are.

    3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?
I was left to get on with edits but did like the way mark was checking if I was doing ok whilst editing.

    4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?
nothing really as got on with my work.

    5. What about the class this week surprised you the most? (This could be something about your own reactions to what went on, or something that someone did, or anything else that occurs to you.)
how much presser it is to edit something for someone else work, because you don't want to mess up there work.

When I did filming for heritage

    2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?

I felt most distant when final cut was rendering.

    3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?

When lindsay was helping me with theory.

    4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?

  3. 1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?

Making sure everything was alright with my edit of Amy, I asked Mark to check it a few separate times, and he gave me feedback and I'd make sure I got straight on it to get it finished.

    2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?

I'm currently waiting for my edit to render, and then export... ahhh it's 16:23

    3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?

Mark's helped me loads today with my edit.

    4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?

Some people do puzzle me - footage is your responsibility. 'I don't know where it is, one of the tutors must know' is just irresponsible.

How quickly I've edited this interview of Amy! I've definitely improved at editing, so I'm proud :)

    1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?

Working on Heritage as I was checking my completed edits and trying to get them to Alex asap. I did some work on my short film too so that kept me busy. Also watching our new Mayor edit kept me amused for ages, laughed all day today, twas good.

    2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?

I was not distanced today-far too much to do as always.

    3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?

Mark showed me how to layer images for my short film edit and help with colour grading, which was helpful. Josh sat and watched my film and the feedback he gave me was great as I needed it to be watched to see if the story made sense from another viewpoint.

    4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?

The moment the credits for the project was discussed. Kinda glad Mark stepped in there and highlighted the mis-use of the word "Cinematographer". Faceless people being called a cinematographer would of been incorrect as they did not film the interviews. Well what else puzzled me? The green screen world intro thingy from the sub-team,Craig.Another alien creation.

How proud I am of being apart of the Hertiage project. Ive had so much fun filming and editing it. I know it will get good reviews and I hope it goes places as we all have worked so hard on it.Deborah has done a great Amy edit and has worked hard on it so im proud of her too! Can`t wait to watch it back actually!I have lots of fond memories of working on the project, cant believe its all over (not for Alex hee) :)

    1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?

I felt most engaged today and still feel engaged when editing the heritage timeline. I was glad that i got all the edits so i could begin to piece the edit together.

    2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?

I felt most distanced today when pretending the mayor was from one of the harry potter films, it was funny and kept me amused but the timeline was taking ages to render and i was still waiting on some edits.

    3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?

When Mark was helping with magic bullit. When Mark was helping me with the timeline. When Paul talked about the problem I'm having with staffs uni. Lastly thanks to everyone who got the final edits.

    4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?

Why Hassan was using two macs very closely together. It only takes one mac to edit, everyone else in the class uses one mac??

    5. What about the class this week surprised you the most? (This could be something about your own reactions to what went on, or something that someone did, or anything else that occurs to you.)

Erm. That i got all the edits. Really how long its taking to render a 1hr and 40min project. It will be done by the morning, thats a goal that i will achieve. I might be very tired tomorrow.
