I found an interview with Mark Kermode and John Carpenter, that covers a lot of topics I'm writing about in essay on Halloween, so I was very happy, and just trying to write out what was said for research and quotes to insert.

I've not felt distanced today!

Lindsay assured me I have actually applied 'the abject' film theory correctly to my research on Nightmare on Elm Street, which I was very pleased about! Once I can apply something correctly to an actual example within a film I know I can come to understand it.

I wasn't confused today.

People seem to be a lot more willing to talk about the films we watch, and join in any discussions, which is good.

Completing my viral video course work and watching Funny Games.

I find it better to work at home completing course work as I find it hard to concentrate and focus, It has to be relatively quiet for me to do paperwork.

Lindsay explained my website was fine so thats good news and Im glad my ucas application has been sorted, so I can breathe a sigh of relief now.

I thought Funny Games was a strong and powerful film. I found the technical aspects very interesting and the reasons for each angle and shot used within the film. The film is harrowing. The actors, amazing. I will be taking the eggs out of my fridge when i get home.

I felt most engaged today while slating funny games I understood why the director did the things in the film but I didn't find it interesting.

While uploading work to the blog I was most distanced as its a very boring task.

Finding out when our project was due in was very helpful as we finally have a deadline for the work however it's a shame it's such short notice I don't think very many people will get all the work in at a good standard.

I was most confused that after Paul had agreed on who was filming tomorrow he had added me to the list. A surprise to me as this hadn't been agreed.

I was surprised know one mentioned going to Wing Wh for lunch tomorrow some information would have been appreciated.
