State Of Mind:Insane.(Visual) 1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?
Discussing Manchester and knowing how the next couple of months will work.
2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?
Trying to figure out how I will move forward with my FMP as numbers are not certain for Manchester. I dont like uncertainty as i cannot focus on anything in particular, so hopefully it will be sorted soon :)
3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?
Paul and Mark talking to me about Manchester.
4. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find the most confusing puzzling?
That due to wanting to "wrap" Heritage money/vouchers are being thrown at it now (by Angela )which in my opinion is not professional when others have worked on it-not just filming, editing the interviews etc. Just the principle of the matter. Not cool on Angela's part really when certain people have worked from week 1 filming and editing.
5. What about the class this week surprised you the most? (This could be something about your own reactions to what went on, or something that someone did, or anything else that occurs to you.)
How annoyed i feel about Heritage, maybe because I was passionate about it. If others have contributed to getting work to a timeline, why is it that one person is benefiting from that? (No offence to the person in question) but just Angelas approach has really annoyed me. The fact its past the deadline is irrelevant as others have worked longer and on this project than some, so making any profit for "extra time" seems unfair to the team. They have used me for what they needed me for, thats how i feel about this project now.

1. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most engaged with what was happening?
I felt most engaged today when editing as my full attention was focused on getting it finished
2. At what moment in the class this week did you feel most distanced from what was happening?
When i was waiting for the project to export, i felt distanced as i couldn't get on with my other project as you can only do one thing at a time on final cut. Once it was done though i got fact to my work again.
3. What action that anyone (teacher or student) took in class this week did you find most affirming and helpful?
When Mark and Nick looked at the edit i was working on as a second opinion to wether a certain shot was out of sync or not.

Nothing confused me today.

Why the heritage project has taken this long to get done. Its an added pressure to all the work that needs to be done already.
